1. Grant of License

CyberAssure grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this AESCSF v2 Cyber Security Maturity Assessment Tool for your organisation's internal readiness assessment purposes only.

2. Permitted Use

You may use this Tool to:

• Assess your organisation's cyber security maturity against AESCSF v2 requirements
• Generate internal maturity and readiness reports
• Identify gaps and remediation priorities across Security Profile levels
• Support preparation for AESCSF self-assessment submission via AEMO
• Demonstrate alignment with SOCI Act CIRMP obligations

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or provide access to third parties
• Use for commercial consulting services to other organisations
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Represent results as formal AESCSF certification or attestation

Not an Audit or Attestation: This Tool provides maturity and readiness guidance only and does not constitute an audit, attestation, or professional assurance opinion.

No Guarantee of Compliance: Use of this Tool does not guarantee AESCSF compliance or SOCI Act conformance. Formal AESCSF assessment is conducted through the AEMO program.

Framework Alignment: Aligned to AESCSF v2 (October 2023), SOCI Act 2018, Australian Privacy Principles, and ACSC Essential 8.

All assessment data is stored locally in your browser. No personal information is transmitted to external servers.
