Yes, but it's straightforward. We have a brief conversation to understand your client base and confirm the program is a good fit. There's no lengthy application form or complex vetting process.

How quickly can I get started?

Most partners are set up within a few days of applying. Once approved, you'll receive your partner kit, sample assessment access, and unique partner link straight away.

Is there a cost to join the partner program?

No. There's no joining fee, membership cost, or ongoing charges to be a partner.

Is there a minimum commitment or sales target?

No. There's no minimum commitment, sales quota, or ongoing obligation. Recommend CyberAssure when it's right for your clients—there's no pressure to meet targets.

Do I need cyber security expertise?

No. The assessments are self-guided and written in plain English. Your clients complete them independently—you don't need to explain technical concepts or provide security consulting. We provide talking points and FAQs to help you position the value.

Will I need to provide support to my clients?

No. The assessment guides clients through every step, and CyberAssure handles any product-related questions. You simply make the recommendation—we take care of the rest.

Can I try the assessment myself first?

Yes—and we encourage it. Every partner receives full access to the assessments as part of the partner kit. Completing one yourself means you can speak from experience when recommending it to clients.

Commission & Pricing

How does the commission work?

You receive a commission for each assessment purchased through your unique partner link. Commissions are tracked automatically and paid monthly with full transparency on sales.

Do partners get discounted pricing?

Yes. Partners receive discounted rates, allowing you to offer competitive pricing to your clients while still earning a commission. We'll share the specific pricing structure when you join.

How do I track my sales and commissions?

You'll have visibility into purchases made through your partner link. We provide regular reporting so you always know where you stand.

The Product

What do my clients actually receive?

After completing the assessment, clients receive a professional report summarising their security posture, prioritised recommendations ranked by risk, plain-English explanations, and clear next steps. Reports can be exported to Word or Excel and shared with IT providers, insurers, or boards.

How long does the assessment take?

Most clients complete the small business health checks in 30–60 minutes. Progress is saved automatically, so they can stop and return later if needed.

Is client data secure?

Yes—completely. The assessments run entirely in the client's browser. Their answers are saved locally on their own device and are never transmitted to CyberAssure or anyone else. There's no cloud storage, no database, no account creation. We literally cannot see their assessment data. This is particularly important for clients in regulated industries or those handling sensitive information—you can confidently tell them their data stays with them.

Are there industry-specific assessments?

Yes. We offer tailored health checks for specific industries including accounting practices, financial planning, healthcare (GP clinics), mortgage broking, and real estate. Each includes questions and guidance relevant to that sector's unique risks and regulatory requirements.
